Teri Clark

Born and raised in Portland, Teri knew there was nowhere else she wanted to live. Knowing real estate was not only a career but something she wanted to do forever, Teri entered into real estate sales in 1978. Her second year in real estate, she closed over one million in sales. In 1985, she and her husband, Bruce, opened a local independent company and named it "The Sunset Group, Inc. Realtors".

Not wanting to compete with her sales staff, Teri opened a "Property Management Division" of the company. Teri realized she wanted to help everyone whether they were buying, selling, investing or renting. The Sunset Group, Inc. is one of the few companies offereing sales and management under one roof. Teri is considered to be one of the best property managers in the business.
