Nicole has been a leasing agent and property inspector in the residential market since 1999. Nicole's responsibilities covered the inspections of over 200 homes and reporting to owners as to the condition.
With an emphasis on maintaining her clients homes in their best condition and tenant relations, Nicole joined Columbia commercial Properties, LLC in 2002 as a commercial properties marketing assistant. Her responsibilities included website design and maintenance, market research and creation of target lists of potential clients, creating marketing presentations and material. With Nicole's past experience she has now stepped into a new light to pull it all together and help those with property needs. She has worked from the ground up to become a licensed Real Estate Broker and Property Manager with experience in both the residential and commercial fields. Nicole is a full service broker.
